§ 71.061 PARKING TANK TRUCKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or to permit to remain standing, upon any street or public alley of the town, any transport tank truck, designed, constructed or used for the bulk transportation of gasoline or other petroleum products or hazardous materials as defined by NCDOT, whether the tank truck is empty or loaded.
