(A) Access to Fire Department apparatus by way of access roadways with all-weather driving surfaces of not less than 20 feet (6.1 meters) of unobstructed width, with adequate roadway turning radius capable of supporting the imposed loads of fire apparatus and having a minimum vertical clearance of 13 feet 6 inches (4.1 meters).
(B) The required width of access roadways shall not be obstructed in any manner, including the parking of vehicles.
