§ 50.11 REFUSE NOT COLLECTED BY THE TOWN.

   The following denotes refuse not accepted by the Henderson County Landfill. Asbestos is not accepted unless by prior arrangement with Henderson County Landfill personnel.

   (A)   Asbestos;

   (B)   Ashes;

   (C)   Batteries;

   (D)   Bedding;

   (E)   Building materials;

   (F)   Flammable materials;

   (G)   Gas tanks;

   (H)   Hazardous waste;

   (I)   Liquids;

   (J)   Materials resulting from clearing land;

   (K)   Medical waste;

   (L)   Paint;

   (M)   Pathological waste;

   (N)   Sharps;

   (O)   Tires; and

   (P)   Loose fecal matter. The placement of loose fecal matter or used kitty litter will be specifically prohibited from being picked up by the town. These items may be intermingled with the regular household waste, but not placed to be picked up separately.
