(A) In order for the town to continue picking up residential solid waste on private streets, the following must be adhered to:
(1) Limbs on private property must be cut back to ensure town equipment is not damaged when entering;
(2) A minimum of 12 feet must be available for the roadway for the equipment to enter, and the private road must be maintained to allow such large equipment to use; and
(3) The town and property owners must agree upon areas to allow town vehicles adequate turnaround areas.
(B) If the above is not followed, then the property owners will be required to bring the trash to the nearest public right-of-way.
