§ 50.07 TREE LIMBS, BRUSH, LEAVES AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   All trees or portions thereof to be picked up shall be cut up and reduced in lengths so that no portion shall be more than 6 feet in length. Limbs shall be no greater than 6 inches in diameter (distance through the limb). All limbs shall be cut from the main body of any limb or trunk. All these materials shall be neatly piled with the length of the items substantially parallel to the street. One 8-yard dump truck load of limbs and brush shall be allowed each residence per 2 months without additional charges. Should the volume exceed 1 dump truck load, a fee will be charged for each 2 cubic yards. (Limbs or brush neatly stacked 3 feet by 3 feet by 6 feet is 2 cubic yards.) A fee per 2 cubic yards, as designated in division (D) below, will be charged when limbs and brush have exceeded 1 dump truck load or any portion thereof in a 2-month period.
   (B)   Loose leaves shall be collected at roadside by town forces from October 1 through December 31. Leaves shall be free of sticks, rocks and other debris, and placed in plastic bags.
   (C)   Tree limbs and brush shall not be placed at curbside more than 5 days prior to the collection date.

   (D)   Brush piles shall be no greater than 2 cubic yards per week with an 8-yard limit per 2 months. Piles greater than 2 yards can be picked up for a charge of $20 per cubic yard.
   (E)   No tree limbs, brush, leaves, and the like shall be collected from any non-residential land use.
