Garbage receptacles shall be roll out cans provided by the town. All trash must be bagged, as no loose trash shall be picked up. Plastic bags shall be property secured at the bag opening with a twist tie or other means to eliminate any spillage of contents. Garbage from dumpsters shall not be collected by the town.
