§ 111.050 PERMIT ISSUANCE; DEFINITIONS AND FEES.
   (A)   Businesses. All businesses and persons soliciting within the municipal limits of the Town of Fletcher, as defined by this chapter, shall be required to secure a permit from the Town of Fletcher.
   (B)   Fees. The fee shall be $5 per day for the number of days for which the solicitation permit is approved.
   (C)   Payment method. The solicitation permit fee is payable in cash only.
