§ 30.02 CHANGE FROM NONPARTISAN PRIMARY METHOD TO THE NONPARTISAN PLURALITY METHOD FOR TOWN COUNCIL ELECTIONS.

The Town of Fletcher Town Charter is hereby amended, as allowed by G.S. § 160A-101, to select the nonpartisan plurality method for the town's municipal elections for Town Council members pursuant to G.S. § 163-292, using the procedure outlined by G.S. § 160A-102.
