§ 34.06 REMOVAL OF PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   The Manager shall by proclamation terminate the entire declaration of emergency or remove the prohibitions and restrictions as the emergency no longer requires them, or when directed to do so by the Town Council.
