It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or release any dog or cat that is under observation for rabies, suspected of having been exposed to rabies, or having bitten a human; or to remove such dog or cat from Henderson County without written permission from the Henderson County Director of Public Health. Violation of this section shall be subject to penalties as prescribed in § 95.99.
