§ 95.15 EUTHANASIA OF WOUNDED, DISEASED AND UNWANTED ANIMALS.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, any animal impounded which is badly wounded or diseased (not suspected of rabies) and has no identification shall be subject to euthanasia immediately upon approval of the Henderson County Animal Services Director or his/her designee. If the animal has identification, the Henderson County Animal Services Center shall attempt to notify the owner before euthanizing such animal.
