§ 93.08 APPENDICES.
   Effective January 12, 2004, the town adopted Appendices B, C, and D of the N.C. Fire Prevention Code as part of the Fletcher Fire Prevention Ordinance. The Fire Marshal (or designee) shall have the authority to use discretion in the application and enforcement of these standards.
