§ 93.05 PERMITS.

Permits shall be required for all activities prescribed in the current "North Carolina Fire Prevention Code." Permit applications shall be reviewed by Fire Marshal(s), Inspector(s), or Code Enforcement Officer(s) and if conditions allow shall be approved.
