Funds shall be appropriated to the Commission through the General Fund of the Town of Fletcher by the Town Council that is in concurrence with the fiscal budget year of the town. Funds shall be disbursed under the cash management policy as adopted and amended by the Town Council. Funds received by the Commission from sources other than budget appropriations shall be deposited into the General Fund of the town, unless otherwise specified.
