The members of the Commission and the Town Manager shall review all applications with respect to the position of Recreation Director and shall consist of the interview board. At the end of the interviews, the Commission and the Town Manager shall make a recommendation to the Town Council for final approval. The personnel policy for the town shall govern this and all positions in this department. The Director shall have the authority to hire part-time and seasonal help to complete programs that have been approved by the Commission.
