Upon approval for acceptance of the private road into the town street system by the Town Council, the road and the minimum right-of-way will be dedicated to the town and become public rights-of-way. The petitioners must present a final plat of the road and the dedicated rights-of-way to the town that meets or exceeds the requirements of G.S. § 136-102.6.
