An applicant or licensee shall permit representatives of the Sheriff’s Department, local Fire Department, the Town of Fletcher Planning Department, or the Henderson County Health Department to inspect the premises of any sexually oriented business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law, at any time it is occupied or open for business. Failure or refusal by any person to permit a lawful inspection of the premises during regular business hours shall be punishable in accordance with town code and in addition may result in the revocation of the privilege license.
