(A) Every application for a sexually oriented businesses license, whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license, shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application and investigation fee as enumerated in the consolidated fee schedule, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Clerk and is available for public inspection and copying.
(B) Sexually oriented businesses shall be required to pay all applicable business and privilege license fees.
