(A) It shall be unlawful for an individual to sell, or offer for sale under authority granted by this chapter, property other than personal property.
(B) Personal property offered for sale may be displayed within the residence, in a garage on the same premises, carport or in the rear yard, but only in those designated areas. No personal property offered for sale under this section shall be displayed on the front or side yard area of any premises or in any public right-of-way. A vehicle offered for sale, however, may be displayed on a permanently constructed driveway within the front or side yard.
