§ 113.100 PROTECTION OF SUBSCRIBER PRIVACY MANDATORY.
   Grantee shall at all times protect the privacy of subscribers, as provided in this chapter and other applicable federal, state, and local laws, and in particular, § 631 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. § 551).
