The town reserves the right to enforce all relevant service rules and regulations as set forth by federal, state and local governments. These rules and regulations include but are not limited to FCC customer service regulations, as hereafter amended by the FCC, and the town’s rate and service regulation ordinance, as hereafter amended by the town from time to time.
