(A) The Town of Fletcher Town Charter is hereby amended pursuant to North Carolina G.S. §§ 160A-101 and 160A-102 to allow for the change of government from the current Mayor/Council form of government to the Council/Manager form of government.
(B) This amendment to the Town of Fletcher Charter would cause the Town of Fletcher to operate under the Council/Manager form of government in accordance with G.S. Chapter 160A, Art. 7, pt. 2 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
