§ 113.046 NOTICES.
   All notices from grantee to the town pursuant to this chapter and the franchise shall be to the Town Manager or his or her designee. Grantee shall maintain with the town, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail which address shall be noted in the franchise agreement.
