§ 113.045 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY.
   Equal opportunity employment shall be afforded by the grantee to all qualified persons, and no person shall be discriminated against in employment because of race, color, religion, age, national origin, sex, HIV-positive status, or handicap. Grantee shall comply with all equal opportunity provisions enacted by federal, state and local authorities, and in particular § 634 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. § 554), as well as all the provisions contained in this chapter and the franchise.
