§ 113.028 FRANCHISE RENEWAL.
   The grantee shall own the system, but shall have no right to use of public rights-of-way upon the completion of the franchise term. The town shall grant or deny renewal of the franchise of a grantee in accordance with § 626 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. § 546) or other applicable law.
