§ 112.08 DRIVERS’ MANIFESTS.
   (A)   Every taxicab driver shall maintain a daily manifest upon which is recorded all trips made during each day; showing the time and place of origin, the destination of each trip, the total amount of each trip and the amount charged to each customer. The driver at the end of the driver’s shift shall turn in the forms to the owner of the taxicab. The forms for such records may be requested by the town, and shall be of a character approved by the taxicab inspector.
   (B)   All manifests shall be maintained for a minimum of 90 days by the taxicab owner and shall be made available to the town taxicab inspector upon demand.
