(A) Drivers shall be clean in dress and person.
(B) When requested by a passenger, the driver shall give a receipt showing the company’s name, driver’s name, date/place/time of trip, origin and destination, and amount of fare charged.
(C) Whenever any taxicab is occupied by a passenger, the driver shall not permit any other person to occupy the taxicab, except by specific request originating with the original passenger.
