(A) Every taxicab shall have displayed thereon, the corporate name or the assumed name under which the owner operates with the company’s telephone number. This information shall appear in the form of magnetic sign affixed to the sides or back of the taxicab. All lettering shall be no less than 2-1/2 inches in height and not less than 1/2-inch stroke. The material shall be such that will weather the elements and be legible at all times.
(B) Every taxicab shall have displayed thereon a stoplight approximately affixed to the taxicab. The stoplight shall be illuminated at all times when transporting a passenger.
(C) Every taxicab shall display a card inside the vehicle with the driver’s name and photograph to be visible to any and all passengers in the taxicab.
