§ 111.085 APPROVAL OF COUNCIL BEFORE LICENSE ISSUED.

Before a business registration shall be issued under the provisions of this code to any person desiring to engage in business as a pawnbroker within the town, the business registration application shall first be submitted by the business and approved by the Manager and Town Council.
