(A) While conducting door-to-door solicitation within the town, the solicitor must carry in his/her immediate possession the approved solicitation permit which was provided by the town upon payment of the permit fee.
(B) Solicitors must present their permit to town residents if asked prior to engaging the resident. If a solicitor will not or cannot show their approved Town of Fletcher solicitation permit, residents are instructed to contact law enforcement immediately.
