(A) An application for a solicitation permit with payment of the associated fee is hereby required for each door-to-door solicitor operating within the town. This application and fee apply regardless of the solicitor's physical home base location, be it inside or outside the Town of Fletcher, or whether solicitation is or is not their primary sales approach.
(B) Any business maintaining a physical location within the town, or itinerant merchant or peddler maintaining a temporary physical location within the town, and utilizing solicitors to sell its products is hereby also required to have a business registration, as explained in Ch. 110.
