§ 110.020 SEPARATE BUSINESS.
   (A)    A separate registration fee must be paid for each business location, even under common ownership, unless 2 or more places of business under common ownership are located contiguous to each other and communicate as a unit. In addition, a separate business registration must be paid for each unrelated business conducted by the same owner at any 1 location.
   (B)   Premises on which cars are sold, if owned and operated by a licensed dealer under the same name, shall not be considered a separate place of business when the business is conducted within the corporate limits.
