(A) Any violation of § 54.11 as determined by the Utilities Superintendent of the City of Flemingsburg will result in written notice to the utility customer that the customer has 30 days from the date of the notice to remove the obstruction(s) listed on the notice. If after the 30-day period the obstruction(s) have not been removed, the city will remove the obstruction for the purpose of turning off service and removing the utility meter. The entire cost of the removal will be borne by the utility customer and will be placed on the customer’s final utility bill for the service so disconnected.
(B) Any violation of § 54.12 as determined by the Utilities Superintendent of the City of Flemingsburg will result in written notice to the violator that the person(s) or business has ten days from the date of the notice to remove the obstruction(s) listed on the notice. If after the ten-day period the obstruction(s) have not been removed, the city will remove the obstruction. The entire cost of the removal will be borne by the violator, and will be placed on the customer’s utility bill.
