§ 54.12 NO OBSTRUCTION OF FIRE HYDRANTS PERMITTED.
   No City of Flemingsburg Utility System customer shall place or erect any obstruction around, beside, on top of, or in front of any City of Flemingsburg fire hydrant which impedes access to the fire hydrant by City of Flemingsburg Utility System personnel and/or members of the City of Flemingsburg Volunteer Fire Department.
