§ 90.18 MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS.
   No pit bull dog, vicious dog or dangerous animal shall be harbored in any multi-family dwelling including but not limited to apartments, condominiums, townhouses, hotels, motels, or other single structures containing more than one (1) residential unit whether the unit is leased or owned in fee simple by the person occupying same. No landlord or landlords agent or condominium, tenants or residents association shall knowingly permit any tenant to harbor a vicious dog or dangerous animal in any multi-family premises owned or controlled by the landlord, agent or association. Any landlord, agent or association discovering the presence of any such animal in any multi-family premises owned or controlled by the landlord, agent or association shall notify the owner or custodian of the animal to remove the animal from the premises immediately upon discovery thereof.
