(A) Every person operating a kennel shall obtain an occupational business license from the city. The fee for said license shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00). This section shall not apply to veterinarians.
(B) No kennel license shall be issued except whereby the commercial business operation is consistent with the zoning ordinance of the city and no issuance to a commercial business not permitted by zoning ordinance shall be valid.
