§ 54.05 UTILITY REACTIVATION FEES.
   (A)   The rates and charges for utility services shall be billed monthly, and all bills for such service shall be payable by the established due date shown on the bill. If any bill as aforesaid is not paid by the established due date, it shall be deemed delinquent, and a delinquent penalty of ten percent (10%) of the original bill shall be collectible from the customer, and a notice will forthwith be mailed to the customer notifying customer that if the bill is not paid within ten (10) days after the established due date, that the service shall be disconnected, subject to state regulations. Bills for utility services and solid waste collection shall be accounted for in the manner provided by law.
   (B)   Bills for all utility services may be shown on the same statement as bills for solid waste collection.
   (C)   When any utility bill, with or without solid waste collection charges, has remained unpaid for ten (10) days after the established due date, all utility and solid waste collection services to the delinquent premises shall be disconnected or discontinued according to law. A disconnect fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be charged and a reactivation fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be charged if between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and a reactivation fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged after 4:00 p.m.
   (D)   A returned check fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be collected on any check returned for insufficient funds.
