(A) Violation of § 114.03 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), each violation to be counted as a separate act.
(B) Violation of § 114.04 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), each violation to be counted as a separate act.
(C) Violation of § 114.05 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), each violation to be counted as a separate act.
(D) Violation of § 114.06 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), each violation to be counted as a separate act.
(E) Violation of § 114.07 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), each violation to be counted as a separate act.
(F) Violation of § 114.08 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), each violation to be counted as a separate act.
