The "City of Flemingsburg - Zoning Ordinance," dated July 2001 and approved by the Flemingsburg Planning Commission is hereby adopted as the Zoning Code for the City of Flemingsburg. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Zoning Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, together with future additions, insertions, deletions, and changes.
