The Site Development Standards as promulgated by the Planning Commission under date of February 1982, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as fully as if set forth herein, as prepared by the Buffalo Trace Area Development District, and amended by the Planning Commission. Copies of the Site Development Standards are available for inspection at City Hall, or may be obtained at the Mayor's office by any interested party at a cost of $5 per copy.
