§ 150.10 ADOPTION OF UNDERGROUND FACILITY DAMAGE PREVENTION ACT.

The Underground Facility Damage Prevention Act of 1994 found at KRS 367.4901 et seq., and any future amendments thereto, are incorporated and adopted herein by reference. A copy of KRS 367.4901 et seq. is made a part of this chapter.
