The City of Flemingsburg shall utilize the appeals structure permitted by KRS 198B(5) or its successor provisions authorizing appeals directly to the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction for any appeal of the local City Codes Enforcement Officer decisions made hereunder, all subject to the state time lines for such direct appeals.
