§ 140.02 ADMINISTRATION; COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   The Mayor shall be authorized to adopt and promulgate written rules, regulations and forms necessary for the implementation and administration of the city's community service work program as authorized by this chapter, including the specific provision that the Mayor or the Mayor's designee from the Police Department shall be responsible for direct supervision of any individual assigned to community service.
   (B)   The city shall report to the referring Court as to the defendant's labor and compliance with the community service work sentence. The city shall immediately report to the referring Court any failure to report for work or any failure to work in accordance with the conditions of the defendant's sentence to work at community service.
