The Flemingsburg/Fleming County Recreation Board shall be composed of eight members, four of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor of Flemingsburg, and four of whom shall be appointed by the County Judge/Executive of Fleming County. Of the appointments, the Mayor and County Judge/Executive shall each appoint one member for one year, one member for two years, one member for three years, and one member for four years. Each following appointment or reappointment shall be made for a four-year term.
