§ 95.08 NOTICE OF VIOLATION BY REAL ESTATE DEALER TO BE GIVEN TO STATE.
   Where a real estate broker or a real estate salesman has failed to comply with an order issued by the Fair Housing/Human Rights Commission or has been found to have committed an unfair housing practice in violation of § 95.04, the Commission shall notify in writing the State Real Estate Commission of that failure to comply or the violation.
