§ 72.51 ESTABLISHMENT OF REGULATED PARKING ZONES.
   (A)   There are established and fixed in the city certain zones to be known as regulated parking zones. From time to time hereafter, as traffic conditions require, other streets and avenues may be designated by ordinance of the city for a location of these zones.
   (B)   In any of the regulated parking zones or any part or portion of the separately designated parking meter zones, the City Council may in its discretion cause a regulatory device to be installed at each space in the zones available for parking of vehicles, and shall see that there shall be plainly indicated on each of the regulatory devices the time limitation for parking. The time limitation shall be designated by appropriate notice shown on the regulatory device.
