§ 71.79 NONEXCLUSIVE REGULATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATION.

The regulation by this subchapter of the maximum operating speed of motor vehicles operated upon the streets, roads and alleys within the corporate limits of the City shall not be construed to be the exclusive regulation, rule, ordinance, statute or other law applicable to the operation of motor vehicles upon the streets, roads and alleys within the corporate limits of the City.
