§ 51.12 WATER AND SEWER RATES TO REMAIN IN EFFECT.
   All the provisions establishing rates and charges for water and sewer service as set forth in Chapter 50, to the extent same are not in conflict with the provisions hereof, shall remain in full force and effect.
