(A) There is hereby established a schedule of rates and charges for the services and facilities furnished by the natural gas distribution system portion of the combined and consolidated municipal utilities system as follows:
(1) Natural gas service rate for customers inside the city limits:
First 1,000 cubic feet gas per month, $9.665, (minimum)
Next 4,000 cubic feet gas per month, $6.993, per MCF.
Next 20,000 cubic feet gas per month, $6.853, per MCF.
Next 25,000 cubic feet gas per month, $6.653, per MCF.
Next 50,000 cubic feet gas per month, $6.483, per MCF.
All over 100,000 cubic feet gas per month, $6.313, per MCF.
(2) Natural gas service rates for customers outside the city limits (except Mayslick customers)
First 1,000 cubic feet gas per month $10.104, (minimum)
Next 4,000 cubic feet gas per month $7.311, per MCF.
Next 20,000 cubic feet gas per month $7,133, per MCF.
Next 25,000 cubic feet gas per month $6,955, per MCF.
Next 50,000 cubic feet gas per month $6.778, per MCF.
All over 100,000 cubic feet gas per month $6.560, per MCF.
(3) Natural gas service rates for customers outside the city limits (Mayslick customers, Billing Book 8)
First 1,000 cubic feet gas per month $11.62, (minimum)
Next 4,000 cubic feet gas per month $8.41, per MCF.
Next 20,000 cubic feet gas per month $8.20, per MCF.
Next 25,000 cubic feet gas per month $8.00, per MCF.
Next 50,000 cubic feet gas per month $7.80, per MCF.
All over 100,000 cubic feet gas per month $7.54, per MCF.
(4) Natural gas service connection fees. The fee charged for each connection made to the natural gas distribution system of the city shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential service within the official corporate limits of the city. The natural gas service connection fee for residential service outside of the official corporate limits of the city shall be five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00). There will be an additional charge for any connection made requiring a metering system larger than residential services. The additional charge would be based on the actual difference in cost between the metering device installed and that of the residential metering device.
