Ordinance, passed July 1, 1968, providing for the issuance of bonds for the construction of a natural gas distribution system for the city is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set out at length herein. Copies are on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
